Anthony Montroy is the brains behind Kindred Real Estate’s world-class marketing program. With an MBA in marketing from UC Irvine and experience driving major campaigns at a Fortune 100 company, he’s able to powerfully present and strategically position sellers’ homes, which maximizes the number of offers they receive. Along with Kindred’s “Intelligent Fix-ups,” Anthony’s proven, statistics-driven approach helps clients get thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars more in ROI.

Anthony’s diverse background includes working at top corporations such as Bank of America and HP, as well as being a regulator at the FDIC. He was drawn into the real estate industry out of a desire to make a difference in the lives of others, and he grew his appraisal company, which he co-founded with David Rudd, into one of the largest in the U.S. After the 2008 housing market crash, the duo pivoted and created Kindred Real Estate.

After flipping many homes himself, Anthony knows the process inside and out, both from a professional and personal standpoint. In fact, his passion for real estate is driven by his success in preparing and marketing his own properties for sale. One of his greatest joys is seeing his clients succeed.

In addition to his MBA, Anthony holds a California broker license. His love of world travel began during his undergraduate years when he spent time in a dean-selected study-abroad program in Germany. He also studied in Australia.
